  24.  To register with cash, a cheque, or a money order :

  26.      Fill out the attached form as per the instructions below for each of
  27.      the classes of registration.

  30.  To register with a credit card :

  32.      Look up `http://www.docsware.com/docsboot/register.html' for current
  33.      information.  The credit card service is provided by db Technology of
  34.      Alabama (not directly with DocsWare) and may add slightly to the
  35.      registration turnaround time.  Please note that db Technology is not
  36.      merely processing credit card orders as such, they are an authorized
  37.      reseller for the program (though they do not provide technical support
  38.      for the program).

  41.  To register a single copy :

  43.      Fill out the attached form and send it and your payment to the
  44.      address on the form.  Shipping and handling charges are included
  45.      in the price.

  47.      Please make sure that you have provided a user name.  Also, you must
  48.      provide either an email address, or a complete land address (if you
  49.      specify neither, it is impossible to send you the registered copy).

  51.      Special discounts can be worked out for users who wish to register
  52.      several copies to different users, but since these involve sending
  53.      many discs out to different people, they can't be as cheap as site
  54.      registrations.  Also, special deals can not be worked out on credit
  55.      card registrations.  Please write or email for information.

  58.  To register a site with several systems :

  60.      Site registration capabilities have been introduced in version 0.41
  61.      of DocsBoot+ (formerly, site registrations were merely several
  62.      single-copy registrations, which was rather inconvenient).  Along with
  63.      the site registration ability, comes some special pricing for site
  64.      registrations.  A site registration includes only a single serial
  65.      number and registration key, and a single disc.  A site registration
  66.      may only be used on equipment which is owned by or used primarily for
  67.      the entity to which the site registration is registered.
